Dennis and Jennifer Isbell come from a proud fifth-generation North County family, with deep roots in the community and decades of experience in the flooring industry. Their journey began in 1995 at the company formerly known as Colony Carpets, where they first discovered their passion for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, focusing on expert installation and innovative flooring solutions.
Today, they’ve come full circle—taking ownership of the very business where it all began. In addition to leading this new chapter of Colony Floors, they also own and operate Izzy Installations, a trusted local company they founded in 1999, known for its commitment to sustainable flooring options.
With a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, Dennis and Jennifer bring unmatched experience and attention to detail to every project.
