Meet Our Family
Dennis and Jennifer Isbell come from a proud fifth-generation North County family, with deep roots in the community and decades of experience in the flooring industry. Their journey began in 1995 at the company formerly known as Colony Carpets, where they first discovered their passion for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Today, they’ve come full circle—taking ownership of the very business where it all began. In addition to leading this new chapter of Colony Floors, they also own and operate Izzy Installations, a trusted local company they founded in 1999.
With a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, Dennis and Jennifer bring unmatched experience and attention to detail to every project. As a family-owned and operated business, Colony Floors is built on integrity, reliability, and a legacy of trust—proudly serving the community with personalized service and superior results.
